Hey, I’m Shane O’Neill. I’m a Boston-based singer/songwriter influenced by everything from the delta blues to hard rock to guilty-pleasure pop. Singer/songwriter inspirations include Paul Westerberg, Sting, Jeff Tweedy, and many others. With every song, I try to merge heart, energy and unforgettable hooks.

On my first album, “Big Little Worlds” (2017), themes such as friendship and resilience weave through seven acoustic roots-rock songs. Follow-up “The Sun’s Rising Fast” (2019) features a harder-edged pop/punk sound, exploring infatuation, narcissism and the importance of being present.

New release “11th Hour Arrival” (August 2022) is flavored with rock, power pop and alt-country influences and brought to life with a polished studio sound. Standouts include “Shadow Man“, “It’s Always Sunny on Mars” and “No Drug Like Your Love“.
